When we built our facility in Bhilad, Gujarat, we designed it around one idea:
that every batch should do exactly what its specification says.
Today the GMP-compliant site spans 36 acres and extracts up to 6,000 MT of raw material a year,
with pharma-grade controls and quality assurance systems audited by
international agencies. Every step, from intake to dispatch, is documented and available for audit.

and absolute environmental control.

Extraction
Multi-solvent extraction (aqueous, hydroalcoholic and ethanolic) with many extracts processed at low temperature to protect heat-sensitive actives.

Purification
Crystallisers and multiple column chromatography set-ups to isolate actives at high purity.

Processing
Drying, milling, blending and sieving for precise particle size and uniform mixing.

Clean Environment
AHU systems control air quality and humidity across processing areas.

Warehousing
Separate pre-quarantine, quarantine and work-in-progress zones for raw materials and finished goods

Effluent treatment
A fully functional effluent treatment plant so nothing harmful leaves the site.

Batch traceability logs
Our QC laboratory runs HPLC, gas chromatography, UV spectrophotometry and TLC, with in-process checks at each extraction stage and a dedicated microbiology laboratory. Every batch is checked for phytochemical markers, microbial load and heavy metals against global safety limits, and ships with a certificate of analysis.
